Your order is delivered in a safe and resistant double box, specially made for mail orders using DHL, Fedex or UPS depending on your postal address. Orders will only be shipped to the shipping address provided in your account. Please make sure your address is correct. A phone number and/or email is required for the shipping company to contact you once your sign is ready for delivery! All of our products include free international shipping (above £100) and our typical leadtime is 10-15 days from receiving your payment. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed, however we will keep you updates through the process.


An online tracking number will be provided to all customers to check for any delivery updates, please ensure your contact details are correct!


Neon Effect offers returns and refunds for faulty products only. We will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product and/or shipping, is decided on a case by case basis depending on the source of the fault, and is at the sole discretion of Neon Effect.


Has your neon arrived broken/damaged? We take care of this. Please make sure to send us pictures of the condition your sign arrived in within 30 days pictures of arrival. We will set up a claim in front of the carrier. In parallel, we will remake and deliver your neon.
